Yard Till — Privacy Policy
The short version: Yard Till does not collect any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your own device. We never see it, receive it, or share it.
Yard Till (“the app”) is published by Thalorix Labs LLC of Republic, Missouri, USA (“Thalorix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
1. Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect, receive, or have access to:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
- Any account or login information — the app has no accounts and no login
- Your location
- Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- Usage analytics, behavioral data, or advertising identifiers
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Your sale amounts, totals, or transaction records
2. Information stored on your device only
To do its job, Yard Till saves some information locally on your device, using your device’s standard on-device storage. This may include:
- The sale “gigs” you create, their names, and starting cash amounts
- Your sale and transaction amounts and totals
- Your free-trial sale count
- A record of whether you have purchased the lifetime unlock
This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or access it. It is stored only so the app can remember your information between uses. You can remove it at any time using the app’s “Delete All Local Data” option in Settings, or by deleting the app. (Deleting the app does not affect your App Store purchase, which is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored.)
3. In-app purchases and payments
Yard Till offers a one-time “Lifetime Unlock” purchase. We do not process payments and never see your payment details. All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Any information related to your purchase is collected and processed by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive only an anonymous confirmation from Apple that an unlock is valid — never your name, card number, or payment information.
4. No analytics, ads, or tracking
Yard Till contains no advertising, no analytics or measurement tools, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not allow anyone else to.
5. Children’s privacy
Yard Till is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region), and the app’s design makes such collection impossible.
6. Your privacy rights
Privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and similar state and national laws give people rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. Because Yard Till does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal information:
- There is no personal data of yours for us to access, provide, correct, or delete.
- We do not and will not sell or share your personal information.
- All of your in-app information is already under your sole control on your own device, and you can delete it at any time.
7. Data security
Because your information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us, it is protected by your device’s own security (such as your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this Privacy Policy and change the “Last updated” date above. If a future version of the app ever collects data, we will update this policy and the app’s App Store privacy details before that version is released.
