Thalorix Labs — Privacy Policy
The short version: This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track you. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us by email. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs to keep the site running.
This Privacy Policy covers the website at thalorixlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Thalorix Labs LLC of Republic, Missouri, USA (“Thalorix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not cover our apps. Each app has its own privacy policy: TRACLEX Privacy Policy and Yard Till Privacy Policy.
1. Information we do NOT collect
The Site has no accounts, no login, no sign-up forms, and no checkout. We do not:
- Set cookies or use similar tracking technologies (see our Cookies Policy)
- Run analytics, measurement, or advertising tools of any kind
- Load third-party scripts, fonts, or embedded trackers
- Sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for marketing
2. Information you send us by email
The Site’s contact links and the “Report an Issue” form do not send anything to us directly. They open your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in that app, and you can edit or delete anything before you do.
If you email us, we receive whatever your message contains — typically your email address, your name if your email app includes it, and the text you wrote. We use it only to reply to you and to fix whatever you reported. Messages are kept in our business mailbox (Google Workspace) for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
3. Server logs kept by our hosting provider
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web host, Netlify automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested — for example the IP address of the device making the request, the browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the Site available. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors. Netlify processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at netlify.com/privacy, and retains logs for a limited period.
4. Links to other sites
The Site links to the Apple App Store and may link to other third-party sites. Once you leave thalorixlabs.com, those sites’ own privacy policies apply. Any purchase you make in the App Store is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we never see your payment details.
5. Children’s privacy
The Site is a business website and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar laws may give you the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because the only personal information we hold is email you chose to send us, exercising these rights is simple: email us and tell us what you want done. We will act on verified requests within the time required by applicable law and will never charge a fee for a reasonable request. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
7. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
We don’t track you across other websites, and no one else collects data about your browsing through this Site. So “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here — there’s nothing to turn off.
8. International visitors
Thalorix Labs LLC is located in the United States. If you visit the Site or email us from outside the United States, any information you send us will be received and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS. Because we collect no personal information through the Site itself, there is no visitor database to breach. Email you send us is protected by the standard security of our business mailbox.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how the Site handles information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we ever add cookies, analytics, or a form that sends data to us directly, we will update this policy before that change goes live.
